Howdy!
Today we had a really fun field trip to the cowgirl museum and science center in Fort Worth Texas. It was packed! They have the titanic exhibit there. We didn't get to see it today but maybe soon. We did get to see a lot of other cool things.
Guess what! I laid on a bed of nails! It's was so cool. It felt weird but it didn't hurt as long as I stayed really still. Then I got to see a tornado. It was ok because it wasn't a real one like that happens in some states. This one was made by a machine. After that we went to dug up dinosaur bones. That was so much fun. I found some bones and they were HUGE!
Since it was such a nice day we got to play in the water part of the science center. I got really wet and it made us all giggle. We all got really wet but it was worth it! I saw how to build a dam and we squirted water to make things move and hear different sounds they made.
I got to see dinosaurs, play at a grocery store, see all kinds of animals, touch a wolf, see a longhorn up close, learn about a cattle train, saw really old toys. It was super fun!
Since the cowgirl museum was right next door we decided to visit it too. There I got to cook food, see a bunch of cowgirls, belt buckles and other cool stuff. I even rode a bucking horse like in the rodeo. I learned that Sandra Day O'Conner who was the first woman Supreme Court judge was a cowgirl when she was little.
Then we were all done and ready to go back home so Miss Ashlee said we could play in the fountain. It was 81 degrees out so we figured why not. After we all got soaked we got in the car and went home.
When Mr Paul came home he brought pizza and we watched Hotel Transylvania and for dessert we made milkshakes!!
Best day ever!!!
